Comprehensive Scope of Work:
- Complete Electrical Infrastructure: Full installation and rectification of electrical works inside each studio unit according to approved architectural and electrical drawings
- Lighting Systems: Comprehensive lighting design and installation including ambient, task, and accent lighting for optimal living conditions
- Power Distribution Networks: Complete power distribution systems with strategically placed outlets and circuits for all studio electrical needs
- Fire Safety Systems: Integration of fire alarm systems including smoke detectors, manual call points, and notification devices
- Communication Infrastructure: Complete data and voice cabling installation for internet, telephone, and cable TV services
- Electrical Distribution: Installation and commissioning of Distribution Boards (DBs) for each studio unit with proper circuit protection
- Power Wiring Systems: Complete power wiring installation including all related terminations and connections
- Quality Standards: All work executed to the highest standards following project specifications and local authority requirements
